 Shooting Day for Night Add a polarized lens...
 ...Like so.  Set the ND filter to 2 to allow for less light...  Position the exposure to desired setting (we used 5.6).  Shift the white balance for a bluer hue.  Finally, a day like this... Turns to this...     The footage below was shot in bright daylight, but looks like dusk or night.
